Account Deletion
To request deletion of your QNotes account and all associated data, send an email to [email protected] with:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Your registered email address
What gets deleted:
Your account and login credentials
All notes stored on our servers
Your subscription and usage history
What this means:
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
Local notes on your device are not affected
If you have an active subscription, cancel it on Google Play before requesting deletion to avoid future charges
Requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained where required by law.
